The above photograph is of an old catholic church I came across during my travel to Northern California. Nearby I found a Large segment of a redwood tree with antique gas pumps. I am a typical American who cares about the earth’s environment. I have always been an animal lover and an avid admirer of the arts. I frequently photograph landscapes, animals, and historical architecture. I always try to shoot images that have a wow factor. Nearly all of my images are composed by hand, and I rarely use a tripod. Some people think that photography is easy, but in reality photography is a life long learning process of trial and error. I have traveled to many countries around the world and immersed myself in their cultures. I respect all peoples way of life and never tried to change their social graces. Countries such has Thailand and Vietnam are some of the most amazing and beautiful countries that I have ever seen. The architecture in Germany, and the temples in the kingdom of Thailand are incredible.

Love your philosophy that photography is a lifelong process of trial and error. I’ve been dabbling in photography for a while — even took a class — but, alas, I’m still learning and have much to go. I admire your photos for their clarity and perspective. Thanks for following Oh, the Places We See. And best wishes to you for more great shots!
