Summer Vacation Recommended Travel Destination
Summer is a great time to travel to Northern California in particular the Mendocino coast has a wonderful river with gorgeous scenery. Whenever I make way up to Mendocino I like to spend the day soaking up the sun rays on the beach. If you would like to truly enjoy the scenic beauty of this river then I suggest you rent a canoe. The Big River in Mendocino is a calm tranquil river surrounded by lush evergreen pine trees. This is a great destination for folks residing in the San Francisco’s bay area, Silicon Valley, San Rafael and surrounding areas. The drive through the Redwood forest on the way to the Mendocino coast is stunning. There are plenty of wild turkeys, wild deer, and other birds that I am certain you will see. Along the way there are many rustic farms. Mendocino’s Big River is one of the most Beautiful places in Northern California. You should definitely plan a trip there.
